Specifically, notices should be received prior to 8:00 a.m. Monday of the week before the program start date. Cancellations received on or after that time are refundable less a cancellation fee of $760. For the Logistics for the 21st Century Program (Log21), Life Cycle Executive Leadership Program (LCELP), and MedLog21: Supply Chain Skills for Medical Logisticians in the 21st Century Program:
Cancellations received earlier than two business days before the program start date are fully refundable. Specifically, notices should be received prior to 8:00 a.m. Thursday of the week of the program start date. Cancellations received on or after that time are refundable less a cancellation fee of $350. Substitutions can be accommodated up to one business day prior to the program start date, without incurring any administrative fees, pending the admission of a comparably qualified replacement.
