The IDB’s Data Analytics and Decision Advantage for Leaders (DA2L) provides a hands-on approach to solving specific business problems with analytical insights to influence critical decision making. DA2L equips participants with both the hard and soft skills necessary to make decisions with data. Expert faculty and industry practitioners starting with defining and framing the business problem, help filter through the “white noise” of data overabundance and prescribe optimal action with speed. DA2L is designed to allow participants to work on a “real-world” problem from their organization during the one-week program.
