During the period 6-10 May 2024, The Institute for Defense and Business (IDB) hosted select executives from the electrical industry at a leader development program hosted at the JB Duke Hotel and Conference Center in Durham, NC. The exclusive program, labeled CEO Advanced Leadership Seminar (CALS) was tailored specifically for executives in the electrical industry and stands as a testament to the collaborative efforts between the IDB and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA).
