Ms. Caitlin Lederer joined the Institute for Defense and Business (IDB) in August 2022. As a Senior Project Manager, she focuses on communications, marketing, strategy, and business development, helping to expand IDB’s impact across the military and private sectors.
In her role, Caitlin plays a pivotal role in crafting strategic initiatives, enhancing program visibility, and identifying new opportunities to strengthen IDB’s offerings and partnerships.
A Virginia Tech alumna, Caitlin graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Originally from Virginia, she now resides in Arlington, Virginia, with her husband, Alex. Caitlin is passionate about entomology, enjoys reading, and cherishes time spent with her niece and nephew.
