Susan Merchant

Susan comes to IDB after a successful career at 3M. During her tenure, she worked across several businesses leading numerous cross-functional teams, in highly technical industries. Some of these responsibilities include Training Manager, Sales Leader Coach, National Sales Manager, Global Key Account and Marketing Leader, Hiring Manager, and numerous enterprise-wide volunteer activities.

An Air Force Veteran, Susan spent 5 years active duty, living in England and Germany. Upon graduating from college, she became a Logistics Officer serving the Air National Guard at the 128th Fighter Wing in Madison, Wisconsin.

Susan has earned a master’s degree in Management, a double major bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Education, and an associate’s degree in Logistics from Air University.

Susan resides in St. Augustine, Florida with her husband, Chris, their two sons, Max (17) and Micah (14), and their dog, Odin.
